Arun valley trek provides the most awe-inspiring Himalayan scenes including Mt. Everest, Makalu and world deepest valley. The Arun valley is located in between Sagarmatha National park and Makalu Barun National Park at Sankhuwasava district; it is the deepest valley of the world.
While walking through the jungle the tourists can view 47 verities of orchids, 30 species of rhododendron and hundreds of other flowers, rare red Panda, and 400 species of birds etc that are the great attractions of Arun valley trek. Salpa Bhanjyang is the highest point of this trek, one can take the holy dip at Salpa Pokhari pond at an altitude of 3458m. Sherpa, Rai and Limbu are the main inhabitants of this area. Arun valley trekking offers an alternative access to the Khumbu region. This trek provides the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the entire region. After flying to Tumlingtar the trekkers take the path through the Solu Khumbu region and then take up the main Everest trail to Lukla.
The path to Arun valley is rather easy as well as less crowded it is not necessary previous hiking experience. Though world deepest valley can be visited throughout the year the best times for this trip are February – May and September – December. The less influx of tourists, the beautiful valley and views of the silvery mountains make it a comfortable as well as exciting trekking.

Day 01: Welcome to Nepal, upon your arrival in Nepal our representative welcome and assists to transfer hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu city tours and preparation.
Day 03: Flight to Tumlingtar then trek to Kartike (523M).
Day 04: Trek from Kartike to Gothey (1128m).
Day 05: Trek from Gothey to Salpa Phedi (1680m).
Day 06: Trek from Phedi to Gurase Bhanjyang (2500m).
Day 07: Trek from Gurase to Sanam (2850m).
Day 08: Trek from Sanam to Bung (1900m).
Day 09: Trek from Bung to Gai kharka (2300m).
Day 10: Trek from Gaikharka to Panggom (2850m).
Day 11: Trek from Panggom to Painya (2830m).
Day 12: Trek from Painya to Lukla (2840m).
Day 13: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner.
